Get to Know the Leadership Team

• Leigh Bateman has been working in Sales & Marketing for the past 11 years. Originally from Cambridge, England, he gained valuable managerial experience working for his family business. Following this, he spent 5 years working and studying Business and Marketing in Alberta, Canada. Leigh purchased his first vacation property at Windsor Hills in 2004.
• Glenn and Ros Bateman are a husband and wife team of 31 years. They founded and operated a highly successful international business, employing a staff of over 50 for over 20 years. They moved to Florida in 2006 following the sale of their company. Ros and Glenn purchased their first vacation property at Windsor Hills in 2005.

Together, having experienced the challenges owners face today, we have created Magical Vacation Homes; as owners, working for owners.
