Windsor Hills Villas: Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation Acceptance & Payment

3. Check-in/Check-out Times
Check-in time for Windsor Hills is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a $50 fee, subject to availability in the Property. In the event a Guest fails to depart from the home by 10:00 am with no late check-out arranged and results in Magical Vacation Homes being unable to clean and prepare the home for the next arriving Guest that day, the departing Guest agrees to pay damages and costs incurred by Magical Vacation Homes; including but not limited to moving the incoming Guest to another home.
4. Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations of a Windsor Hills reservation must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalty percentages of the total rental fee:
Magical Vacation Homes regrets that they are unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances. Please consider trip insurance against unforeseen cancellations.
5. Key Pick-up/Check-in Instructions
Your key will be located in a lock box outside your rental property. If you lose the key or do not replace the key back in the lockbox when you leave, the Guest will be subject to a $50 charge.
6. Basis of Rental
Each home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. Each Property also includes a full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board right in the home. In addition to this, homes come with an alarm clock, as well as linens and towels.
While we try to provide each Guest with everything they will need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes. While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and washcloths, as these are not always supplied in the Property. Magical Vacation Homes also provides complimentary starter soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Once these items are used, it is the Guest’s responsibility to replenish them. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. are NOT provided and must also be supplied by the Guest. Groceries are not provided.
7. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make a change to your reservation, there will be an additional processing fee of $25 per change.
8. Force Majeure
Magical Vacation Homes shall not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to delays or cancellations in the Guest's vacation, nor shall the Guest have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder, if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond Magical Vacation Homes’ control. These situations include but are not limited to: death or illness in the family, acts of God, war, insurrections, government restrictions, natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, etc.), or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance has become affected. Magical Vacation Homes suggests that all Guests purchase travel insurance for their own protection.
9. Limitation of Liability
Magical Vacation Homes will put forth all reasonable efforts to provide advice and safety information. This information can be found in the Guest Information Package located within the vacation Property. It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure that they have read and understood the contents and advice given following their arrival at the Property. The Company is willing to provide any and all further information pertaining to the Property, providing the Guest has first read the Guest Information Package. In addition, the Company states the following:
